We are a locally owned and operated tour out of Homer, Alaska. Here at Alaska Bear Adventures, we thrive on providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for you, your friends, and your family viewing Alaska's coastal brown bears. With multiple trip options, we can provide this incredible tour to a majority of people. When we are viewing the bears, our goal is to minimize our impact on the environment as much as possible. We only leave footprints and we take pictures and memories to last a lifetime.

The Classic Day Trip is our most popular trip.  We travel to the coastal regions of Katmai National Park or Lake Clark National Park.  This trip takes approximately five to seven hours out of your day. The flight time is between an hour to an hour and a half each way and you are on the ground with the bears for a full three hours. You are in a small group and have an experienced guide with you the entire time you are with the bears. Our Brooks Falls trip goes to the iconic location where the bears catch salmon as the salmon jump up the falls. This trip takes at least eight hours out of your day. You are on the ground with the bears for about 4 hours. This is a self-guided trip, however, there are park rangers available to help guide you to the viewing platform. There is also a cafeteria at this location as it is a developed National Park Station.
