Eagle's Eye Vacation Rentals have two great separate apartments and one house we have available as vacation rentals. (www.eagleseyevacationrentals.com ) Our three vacation rentals are located in Sterling, Alaska, 11 miles or about 10 minutes away from the busyness of Soldotna. Also very much centered in the middle of the Kenai Peninsula offering a wonderful central location for all your adventures in our play land. The three different properties are ''Bears Den'', sleeps 4-5, ''Eagles Nest'', sleeps 4-6, and "Klondike House", sleeps up to 8. These apartments and house are upper end accommodations with all the comforts of home within them. The "Wolf Den" dry cabin is also available to use for those large parties needing extra sleeping quarters along with either one of the apartments. The 2 apartment rentals are located directly on the Kenai River. There is 145 feet of our private river bank front property to fish off of with plenty of elbow room, view, or just relax and enjoy. The property also has picnic tables, benches, fire pits, fish cleaning table, horse shoe pit, daylight fishing platforms, and extra large freezers for you to store your catch. We also have a new large pavilion to socialize and enjoy covered events in while staying out of the weather when wanted. The 3 bedroom house is not on the Kenai River, but is very near public access to fishing. The house and garage has its own private lot, treed yard with deck, and bar-b-que to enjoy family and friends.
